These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Triumph Cargo B.V.
1. Scope
Triumph Cargo acts as a freight forwarder and intermediary in logistics services.
2. Services
We provide services including:
- Sea freight (FCL / LCL)
- Air freight
- Customs clearance
- Warehousing and distribution
3. Liability
Triumph Cargo acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Customs issues beyond our control
- Force majeure events
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
4. Customer Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
- Accurate documentation
- Compliance with import/export regulations
- Proper packaging of goods
5. Payments
All invoices must be paid within agreed terms.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
6. International Regulations
All shipments are subject to:
- Local laws
- Customs regulations
- International transport agreements
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
